3. Registration and Account

To access our services, you must create a personal account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

Confidentiality of the account: Keeping your account details secret and immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account.

Accuracy of information: Providing truthful data about your health status, allergies, and dietary restrictions, as this is critical for creating safe recommendations.

Updating information: Timely updating of information in your profile, especially changes in health status or dietary needs.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account in the event of a violation of these Terms or suspicion of abuse.

4. Medical Warnings

IMPORTANT: Our services are intended for general wellness and do not replace professional medical care. Always consult a doctor before:

6. Payment and Cancellation

Our services are provided based on different tariff plans with corresponding payment terms:

Tariffs and Payment: All prices are listed in British pounds sterling and include applicable taxes. Payment is made monthly on the day that corresponds to the first subscription date.

Automatic renewal: Subscription automatically renews each month if you do not cancel it at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your personal account.

Refunds: In case of dissatisfaction with the services within the first 14 days of subscription, we provide full reimbursement. Partial refunds for incomplete months are not provided.

Tariff changes: We reserve the right to change prices with prior notice of 30 days. Existing subscriptions retain the current price until the next renewal.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials on our website, including texts, images, nutrition programs, videos and interactive elements, are protected by copyright and belong to Qeralun Limited.

Allowed use: You may use our materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes within the framework of the services received.

Prohibited actions: Copying, distributing, modifying or commercializing our materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Feedback: Any ideas, suggestions or feedback you provide may be used by us to improve the service without any obligation to compensate.

8. Limitation of Liability

Qeralun provides services "as is" and does not guarantee specific results for health or weight loss. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law:

Indirect damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental or special damages arising from the use of our services.

Medical consequences: We are not liable for medical consequences arising from failure to follow recommendations regarding consultation with a doctor.

Technical failures: We make every effort to ensure uninterrupted service operation, but do not guarantee complete absence of technical issues.

The maximum amount of our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the services during the last 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms of Use to reflect changes in our services, legislation or for other important reasons:

Notification of changes: We will notify you of any significant changes no later than 30 days in advance via email and a notice on the website.

Effectiveness: Changes take effect from the date specified in the notification, but not earlier than 30 days after publication.

Your rights: If you do not agree with the new terms, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect. Continuing to use the services after they take effect indicates your agreement with the updated terms.
